Right Lane Ends

In Right Lane Ends, Alice Osborn explores loss, love and family relationships through the lens of driving and being a driver. The poems are powerful, and sometimes personal, and connect emotionally with the reader as she reconciles past experiences with the present. Whether the subject is small (a mosquito) or momentous (a lynching), Alice Osborn treats every experience with memorable images and sharp vision. She is sometimes ironic, sometimes angry, sometimes poignant and always honest. Youll remember these poems.
